I have thought about this for a while now before I decided
to post it on this blog.
I think as a person, it is my obligation to help job seekers
with available information on how they can become CEO, MD or rather great self
employed men and women.
The secret am about to reveal to you is not a get rich
quick one and you are not guaranteed wealth unless you apply it strictly and
you work hard on it.
Make money cleaning up people's environments.
It sounds so simple and dirty to some folks I guess. But
remember you only get paid if you are able to solve people’s problem.
Dirt is our problem in this part of the world.
How Do I do it?
Apply to people including those who leave in GRA to be
cleaning their compounds. Or you could ask around for those in search of the
services. But I prefer marketing people (persuading/or introducing them to your
services).
Now this is how you
make yourself wealthy doing it.
You determine how much you want to charge for sweeping/cleaning per house/compound for a month. The cost should depend on the
size of the house/compound.
Lets assume you are cleaning a compound for an average of N4,000
a month and you have up 20 house/compound you clean up in a month. It might be
twice a week.
At the end of the month after collecting the money from
all your customers you should have N80,000. Perhaps you spent N15,000 on buying
materials (soap, brooms etc). You will then have N65,000 in your bank account.
Even OND holders working in any bank does earn this amount
of money a month.
How do I grow the
business?
Apply (market your service) to more people. Once you have
more than you can handle, employ someone you can pay about N20,000 to N40,000
monthly. This is in line with what some
private company pays. Or you can decide to pay them per cleaning they do. It’s
your choice but handle your employees very well so they stay with you.
Good luck. And always remember, you only get wealthy by
doing something or providing services to people.
